Bilak Enterprises has been focused on the management, acquisition,
repositioning and development of quality commercial real estate. As a
tradition that started three generations ago, real estate has been the
core business of the Bilak family since the 1940’s.
As seasoned real estate
investors, we have a mature perspective on the way we do business.
Dorian Bilak, the company’s founder and president believes strongly in
basic fundamentals.... location, cash flow, replacement cost, price per
square foot and the potential for future appreciation. We believe that
the real estate should always be considered first and the income being
generated by the property’s leases should come second.
Bilak Enterprises has spent
a considerable amount of time on the creative repositioning of problem
and/or antiquated retail projects, working to maximize value. We
specialize in the management and leasing of difficult real estate and
have developed a tight network of highly trained and responsive vendors
and service professionals.
Working with a portfolio of
properties throughout the western states ranging in size from a few
thousand feet to nearly 500,000 square feet, we are able to accurately
monitor current market trends and shifts.
In 2002, Bilak Enterprises
began offering it’s consulting and property management services to
outside property owners and investors and, shortly thereafter, began
syndicating real estate investments.
