James Ginsburg is a veteran attorney and has been active in the field since 1968. Currently, he is a sole practitioner in Real Estate Transactions and as General Counsel for The Bilak Companies since 1998. He represents landlords and tenants in negotiation and documentation of lease transactions and has formed many Partnerships and Limited Liability Corporations for acquisition and development of real estate enterprise. Mr. Ginsburg has also negotiated and arranged acquisition financing, business credit lines, refinancing of existing debt, property improvement, new construction and restructuring of delinquent debt. He also represents clients in acting as co-counsel in complex litigation matters for purposes of providing business advice, planning, strategy development and coordination, and structuring, negotiating and documenting settlements.

Mr. Ginsburg has active memberships with the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association since 1969. He has been employed by: Dryden, Harringdon & Swartz; Zagon, Schiff, Hirsh & Levine; Freshman, Marantz, Comsky & Deutsch; DeCastro, West & Chodrow, Inc.; and today as Sole Practitioner.
